Keller Executive Search is looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Content Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and overseeing content strategies that effectively communicate our brand message, engage our target audience, and support our business objectives. You will lead the planning, development, and execution of content initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to create cohesive and compelling content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Analyze content performance data to optimize strategies and improve audience engagement.
- Identify emerging industry trends and competitor activities to inform content direction and innovation.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency in messaging.
- Provide leadership and guidance to content creators and marketers within the organization.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or related roles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
