Ondaro is seeking a Payroll Intern ( 6-months) in our Accounting and Finance Department. This role is responsible for Payroll tasks related to timesheets, job code access, and travel reporting, all while delivering quality internal and external customer service while demonstrating competencies in all the areas of responsibility and the ability to grow with the organization.

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform various aspects of payroll, including timesheet tracking and resolving timesheet errors
• Assist in the auditing of Travel and Expense reports, working with traveler and or admin to ensure compliance with the Travel and Expense policy
• Use Analytical skills to assist in reviewing weekly labor reporting
• Review spy reports to identify and resolve data errors 
• Gain exposure to various tools, including Jamis Prime and Concur software
• Assist in applying knowledge to analyze, investigate, and resolve non-routine problems
• Ability to interface with middle and senior-level management and articulate financial information in a clear and concise manner
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

What you’ll bring to the table:

– History of working in customer service. 
– Fluent Spanish (nice to have)
– Microsoft 365 experience
– Strong written & verbal communication skills 
– Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills 
– Strong interpersonal skills 
– Strong independent judgment and leadership skills
