A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Content Development Specialist. The successful candidate will support the migration of knowledge assets into a new format optimized for AI integration.
AI Content Development Specialist Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform existing documentation into structured, ingestible content for internal AI tools.
AI Content Development Specialist Qualifications:
- Experience with AI tools.
- Experience with content management systems or maintaining internal knowledge bases.
- Experience with marketing or content development is preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
