Job Title: CT Technologist
Job Description
The CT Technologist will perform a variety of complex diagnostic CT procedures, with the primary responsibility of completing diagnostic studies from inception to completion under the direction of the radiologist. This role includes performing routine CTs and CTAs, taking accurate verbal patient histories, starting I.V.s to administer IV contrast, maintaining a positive imaging environment for patients, and acting as a patient liaison to the radiologist.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
ARRT Registered Technologist, RT(CT).
Current IEMA license.
BLS-Basic Life Support, AED Adult & Pediatric CPR certification.
Flexibility to float between locations.
Availability for evening shifts, holidays, and travel as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited education program in radiology technology.
Minimum related experience or training preferred.
Consideration will be given to new graduates working to obtain boards with an expectation to achieve certification within 6 months to 1 year from hire date.
Work Environment
The typical work schedule is 11:30am-8:00pm, with every third weekend from 8:30am-4:00pm. Holidays and travel may be required. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62920.00 - $94328.00/yr.
