The Role
The Strategic Director Partnerships is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with our company’s long-term goals. This role requires a visionary leader who can identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage within the One Pass Solutions product portfolio. The Strategic Director Partnerships will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and executive leadership, to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

About You

5-8+ years of experience in partnership management, strategic relations, or business development.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is desired.

Experience with the fitness, wellness, healthcare or related industries is highly desirable.

Proven track record in managing high-value partnerships and managing partner escalations in professional and effective manner.

Ability to develop and implement long-term partnership strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Experience negotiating partnership agreements and driving new business development initiatives.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
