Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
** Starting rate: $21.00 per hour
This position is responsible for Accounts Payable administrative duties for Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort and Royal Palms Resort. Duties include monthly forecasting, to ensure compliance with Hyatt policies, reconcile all accounts payable accounts to the general ledger on a monthly basis. Responsible for processing monthly and quarterly closing, and reporting. Monitor internal control procedures and efficiency/effectiveness of accounting processes. Assist with special projects as needed.
Potential schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
· Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalency.
· Must have a minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience and 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
· Strong analytical, organizational, written and oral communication skills.
· Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, and financial accounting system use (Oracle Preferred).
