We’re looking for a high-performing Program Advisor who’s as driven by results as they are by impact. Someone who can listen deeply, challenge powerfully, and help women make decisions that change their lives.

What You’ll Do
- Have Real Conversations: Speak with women over the phone in 45-minute consultations to help them determine if Redefining Strength is the right fit for their goals.
- Close With Confidence: Use our proven high-ticket system (no cold pitching) to enroll qualified leads into our transformational programs.
- Own Your Results: This is a performance-driven role so your effort and skill directly determine your paycheck.
- Manage Your Pipeline: This is an inbound role so calls will be placed on your calendar. Your role invloves closing, consistent follow up, and maintaining an organized CRM.
- Stay Sharpened: Be prepared, stay aligned with our mission, and bring energy to every call. Your professionalism and presence represent our brand.

Requirements
- High-Ticket Fitness Closing Experience: Proven success closing a transformational fitness, nutrition, or coaching offer of $3K+.
- Conviction and Belief: Genuine belief that what we offer changes lives and confidence in your ability to lead women toward that change.
- High Performer Mindset: Thrive in a high-pressure, emotionally charged environment where consistency, composure, and drive are essential.
- Coachable: You’re big on refining your craft, eager for feedback, and hungry to improve.
