The Role
As LearnLux scales its enterprise go-to-market engine, we’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own full-funnel digital strategy and performance. This role is perfect for a data-savvy marketer who thrives at the intersection of demand gen, automation, and analytics. You’ll lead paid acquisition, SEO, and website optimization efforts, while owning our HubSpot infrastructure and CRM strategy to increase conversion and accelerate pipeline.
This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing to design lead journeys, set up segmentation and nurture flows, and surface actionable insights that improve ROI. You’ll be a key architect of our ABM, inbound, and database marketing strategies.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and has a strong growth trajectory.
