We’re looking for a driven and results oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in identifying and supporting expansion opportunities by directly driving new revenue through strategic upsell and cross-sell within our existing customer base. What You’ll Do:
- Engage with existing customers to understand their current needs and identify potential opportunities for additional products or services.
- Identify, qualify and close opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products, services, or solutions, focusing on immediate revenue generation that aligns with customer goals.
- Cultivate relationships with customer contacts with a focus on uncovering immediate sales triggers and effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Shadow and support more experienced team members in conducting presentations and demonstrations, taking on more responsibility as you progress.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless handoff post-sale, ensuring sold expansions are effectively implemented and adopted. Provide feedback to product teams on sales blockers and customer demand for new features.
- Learn to manage a portion of the sales pipeline, accurately documenting activities and contributing to team targets with regular check-ins.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to log interactions, update customer information, and track progress, ensuring data accuracy with oversight.
- Stay informed and continuously develop expertise in our product suite, market trends, and competitive landscape to articulate compelling value propositions that drive immediate purchasing decisions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Some prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
- A strong interest in inside sales and customer relationship management.
- Interest in enterprise data related software and data science driven business impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently on assigned tasks and as part of a team.
