The successful candidate will support large-scale contracting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with stakeholders in fast-moving, regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and vendor/service agreements.

  • Provide legal and commercial guidance on contract terms, risk allocation, and compliance with telecom or utilities regulations.

  • Collaborate with client teams to manage high-volume contracting workflows in support of operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Participate in or lead CLM implementation projects, including template development, contract migration, and workflow optimization.

  • Support procurement, sales, and operations teams in achieving business goals while mitigating legal and regulatory risks.

  • Stay informed on regulatory requirements impacting telecom and utilities industries.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • JD or equivalent, with active bar membership in good standing.

  • 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house or with law firm clients in telecom or utilities.

  • Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, and distribution agreements.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with CLM systems and contract operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior work in a telecom or utilities company’s in-house legal department.

  • Direct experience implementing or managing CLM systems.

  • Understanding of telecom or utility-specific procurement processes and regulatory considerations.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume contracting environments.
