About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing data science and AI team. In this role, you will design, build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that drive critical business decisions and power intelligent products. You’ll work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business challenges into scalable ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, or NLP tasks
Build and optimize data pipelines for training and inference workflows
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to select features, engineer data, and validate models
Implement model monitoring, retraining pipelines, and performance optimization
Deploy ML models to production environments using MLOps tools and frameworks
Work with large-scale data sets and leverage cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Maintain documentation and ensure reproducibility and scalability of solutions
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. a plus)
3+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI engineering
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
Experience with SQL and working with relational and non-relational databases
Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform)
Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with version control (Git) and model evaluation techniques
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning
Exposure to generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers)
Knowledge of data engineering tools (Spark, Snowflake, dbt)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment
