Job Title: Medical MonitorJob Description
This role involves active engagement with approximately 50 sites during the study recruitment period, focusing on Alzheimer's agitation research. The Medical Monitor will collaborate with site staff to address patient enrollment barriers, assess sponsor support requirements, and ensure personnel remain informed about study objectives. Site engagement will be both in-person and virtual, enhancing the study's presence and facilitating successful recruitment.
Responsibilities
Continuously engage with sites throughout the study recruitment period.
Understand and resolve barriers to patient enrollment.
Assess and facilitate support required from the sponsor side.
Ensure site staff are informed about the study's risks, benefits, and objectives.
Maintain study visibility for site personnel during recruitment.
Create and oversee site recruitment plans while considering patient and caregiver burdens.
Essential Skills
MD qualification, with experience in Alzheimer's, ideally with agitation experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with clinical trial operations and recruitment.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of outcome assessments and patient/caregiver burdens.
Foreign MDs acceptable with strong communication skills.
Work Environment
This role is 100% remote, with some domestic travel expected to address issues at problem sites.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $300.00 - $350.00/hr.
