The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Mid-Market Account Executive to join our client’s expanding remote sales team in the United States. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a high-growth company with a transparent and collaborative team culture, working with a hiring manager who previously built a martech company from 0 to a $300M IPO.
What You’ll Do
- 
Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the Mid-market segment
 - 
Build relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, VPs of Marketing)
 - 
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas (target ACV: $40K-$120K; 60-90 day sales cycle)
 - 
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic outreach and lead management
 - 
Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and create compelling business cases
 - 
Negotiate contracts and navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
 - 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success) to refine strategies
 - 
Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events and conferences
 - 
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to leadership
 
What You Bring
- 
At least 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the Mid-Market segment
 - 
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, closing deals with $40K-$120K ACV
 - 
Mastery of sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, and MEDDIC
 - 
Proficiency in cold calling, with the ability to conduct 16-20 cold discovery calls per month
 - 
Ideally, experience selling Martech solutions to e-commerce or DTC brands
 - 
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 - 
Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship
