This role is responsible to supports the Mortgage Servicing Business Unit by creating and updating procedures in response to business, regulatory, project requests or investor changes as well as periodic reviews and ensuring the documents go through appropriate governance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft and edit procedures serving as a resource to Mortgage Servicing for procedure development and serve as the main contact for project documents.
Interact with various departments throughout Mortgage Servicing in the development of guidelines and procedures that are consistent with the governing Bank Policies.
Manage workload and priority to meet state, audit, cycle, and regulatory deadlines.
Produce a consistent and quality work product.
Ensure timely updates regarding Procedure team assignments, publications, internal tools, and reporting as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

One or more years' experience in mortgage banking and technical writing
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training
Ability to work independently and possess the drive, initiative and energy to begin and complete assignments.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Must have technical writing experience and experience writing own PPM's.
Detailed, organized and ability to meet deadlines.
4 days in office/1 day remote.

Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills.
Advanced computer and database skills.
Master's degree in business, accounting, or equivalent education and related training.
