About the Position
- The OYCR Program Coordinator will collaborate with OYCR, DOR, and local counties, supporting daily program operations, coordinating logistics for meetings, and gathering data for reports.
Responsibilities
- Design program details including data reporting and engaging local providers.
- Define student eligibility with DOR and facilitate student transitions into communities.
- Conduct outreach, recruitment, and support participant development of employment skills.
- Build partnerships, maintain documentation, and meet recruitment goals.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and possibly serve as a Community Advocate.
Qualifications
- High School diploma and at least 3 years of office administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong communication skills, and ability to understand procedures.
- Self-motivated, organized, and bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
