Compensation
You will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate

$68.00-$74.00 hourly rate for clinical sessions

$25.00 hourly rate for administrative time

$1,360-$1,480 monthly guaranteed minimum payment
To ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate. Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum compensation
You will also be eligible for an annual increase in your hourly rate based on your performance

Your schedule & time commitment
Caseload: Manage at least 12 clients per week (option to take on more hours)
Available Hours (All EST):

Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
What you’ll do
-
Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years, as well as parent training and support

Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care

Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles with a supportive clinical community

Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner
Who we are looking for
-
Licensed Mental Health Professional in Georgia with 3+ years of post-grad therapy experience

Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments

Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and team collaboration tools

Willingness to be cross-licensed in additional states and not opted out of Medicare
