You are:
Energized by owning high-stakes, cross-functional outcomes. You have a bias for action and aren’t afraid to dive into messy middle-ground problems—whether legal bottlenecks, engineering scoping, or business development gaps. You enjoy taking a problem from ambiguity to clarity and leaving the system better than you found it.
You’re equally comfortable being hands-on and stepping back to design scalable solutions. You can talk strategy in one conversation and execute a checklist in the next—and know how to bring stakeholders along at each step.
If you’re excited about shaping the future of tokenized real-world assets and playing an instrumental role in onboarding the next wave of institutional crypto adoption, we’d love to meet you.
