About the role
We’re looking for a people-focused Recruiting & People Coordinator to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll be one of the first touch points for candidates, setting the tone for their experience with us. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People team to make sure every interaction feels smooth, thoughtful, and delightful. From scheduling interviews and keeping candidates in the loop, to supporting onboarding and HR processes, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our people operations running seamlessly. What you’ll do
- Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics
- Be a friendly, professional, and reliable point of contact for candidates, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems and applicant tracking tools
- Help new hires feel welcome by supporting onboarding and managing the onboarding calendar
- Complete employee verifications and maintain employee files
