Position details:

Facility: BayCare System Office

Location: Clearwater, FL

Status: Full time; Exempt

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Monday-Friday

As the Property Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Act as on-site contact for facility services and tenants.

  • Is the key customer service professional maintaining ongoing liaison with physician tenants, coordinating all needs of this group.

  • Coordinates the work of the concierge and maintenance departments, volunteer activities and any processes to accomplish the goals and the delivery of services.

  • Communicates with the leasing agent and property manager.

  • Oversees facility regulatory requirements, environment of care, AR and AP, administrative correspondence and develops all facility policy and procedures to comply with such.

  • Participate in the coordination of day-to-day operations of multiple outpatient Centers as well as the development and planning for future sites.

  • Communicates immediate concerns to management.

  • Identifies new physician customers, work with Medical Staff office to begin credentialing paperwork and fosters communication among physicians and the healthcare system.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required - 1 year - Healthcare; Or - 8 years - relevant experience with High School or equivalent

Strongly Preferred - 3 years of commercial property management experience

Preferred - 1 year - Project Management

Preferred - 1 year - Operations

Preferred - 1 year - Planning

Education:

Required - Bachelors - Business; Or - Bachelors - Related Field Or 8 years relevant experience with High School or equivalent

Preferred - Masters - Related Field

Preferred - Masters - Business Administration

Preferred - Masters - Healthcare Administration
