Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Recruiter or another recruiting-related role.
- Familiarity with recruiter practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and operating a personal computer.
- Highly skilled communicator.
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize assigned tasks.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Help with resume screening and initial phone screens.
- Schedule calls and interviews, maintaining our candidate database, and handling administrative paperwork.
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
- Process background checks.
- Provide support in our recruitment and onboarding process.
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
- Coordinate hiring activities.
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).
