The Opportunity

As Senior Partner Manager, Venture Capital, you will take ownership of building and managing relationships with leading U.S. venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup networks. This is a high-visibility role where you will directly impact startup adoption of the cloud platform and help position our client as the partner of choice for AI-native companies.

You will be both strategist and executor: driving growth in the startup pipeline, shaping partnership initiatives, and fostering a thriving ecosystem that accelerates AI businesses in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage partnerships with leading VC firms, accelerators, and startup ecosystem partners

  • Act as a trusted representative, educating stakeholders on our infrastructure capabilities and market differentiation

  • Source and onboard high-potential AI startups into the Company’s Startup Program

  • Design and execute value-added initiatives like joint programs, GTM resources, and case studies

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure clear tracking, strong engagement, and effective conversion into long-term users

  • Track and report on key KPIs, including startup acquisition, activation, and revenue impact

  • Actively participate in the VC or technology ecosystem, attending events and conferences

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales, with 5 years in VC/startup ecosystems

  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and ecosystem partnerships

  • Direct VC/accelerator/founder experience, hands-on AI/cloud sales/partnerships expertise

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML startups landscape

  • Strong network in venture capital and startup ecosystems

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce)
