Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Redmond, WA - 100% Onsite

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a variety of project management tools throughout all phases of the project life-cycle, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources with cross-dependencies, quality, risk management, and metric development/tracking.

  • Create test system project plans and milestones aligned with technical roadmaps, collaborating with both internal and external customers.

  • Collaborate with satellite system subject matter experts to drive the development of test requirements, test plans, and test system architectures.

  • Lead teams of software and hardware development engineers to conduct agile sprints for developing new or upgraded manufacturing test stations.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and ensure issue resolution.

  • Identify opportunities for common mechanisms, process improvements, and streamline inter-departmental communications.

  • Provide excellent written and verbal status updates on a regular basis.

Essential Skills

  • Proven program management skills.

  • Experience in test systems hardware and software development.

  • Knowledge in electrical or optical engineering.

  • Strong background in manufacturing and mechanical processes.

  • Dashboard build experience.

  • Experience in aerospace industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Onsite work required 5 days a week during core working hours.

Work Environment

This role requires onsite presence 5 days a week during core working hours. The work environment involves collaboration with cross-functional engineering and program management teams, focusing on developing manufacturing test systems for the project.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
