Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a dynamic organization in Century City. This contract to permanent position requires an individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a combination of personal and professional support duties and requires you to be on site daily.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely adjustments as needed.
• Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and ready.
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal or external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines to support organizational goals.
• Maintain and update records, files, and reports for executive-level initiatives.
• Provide support in venture capital and private equity-related activities, including research and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
• Address ad hoc requests and special projects with efficiency and attention to detail.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing calendars and travel arrangements for senior executives.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience supporting venture capital or private equity operations is preferred.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Adept in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
