What's the Job?
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, cost, profitability, and trend analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.
Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts, collaborating with partners to gather accurate data.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost reductions by analyzing workflow and operational data.
Develop financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions, providing actionable recommendations.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
3+ years of strong analytical experience in financial planning and business analysis.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Experience with financial systems such as PLN, HFM, SAP, SQL, or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
