Primary Purpose: The Account Associate is responsible for supporting Director with growing the Coach International wholesale business. The ideal candidate will quickly gain a good understanding of the business and will be able to support key strategies and initiatives. Drive The Business
- Support the achievement of total POS, gross shipment and net sales targets
- Proactively analyze and monitor selling for all accounts, taking necessary action steps
- Optimize account performance by implementing product strategies and assortment recommendations
- Collaborate with customer service team on ensuring timely product shipments and RTVs
- Conduct market appointments, engage with accounts and support with assortment selection
- Stay current on fashion trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adapt strategies
Customer Service
- Establish strong working relationships with wholesale partners as well as internal partners
- Manage day-to-day account relationships and address various needs promptly and effectively
- Own all aspects of order management execution, accuracy, monitoring and tracking
- Responsible for all market week planning and logistics, including appointment scheduling
Cross-functional Partnership
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams inclusive of merchandising, operations, finance, marketing and field teams
- Partner with field team on in-store assortment execution, ensuring stores are following brand standards
- Travel as needed to support with VM execution, market activities and strengthen client relationships
