1. Introduction
Welcome to Beesla (“Beesla,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our job board platform and related services (“Service”). By using Beesla, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Beesla.

2. Accounts and Registration
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use Beesla only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Post or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
4. User Content
- Ownership: You retain ownership of resumes, job postings, and other content you provide.
- License: You grant Beesla a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display your content to operate and improve the Service.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content; Beesla does not guarantee its accuracy or legality.
5. Employers and Job Seekers
- Beesla connects job seekers and employers but does not participate in hiring decisions.
- We do not guarantee that job postings are accurate, candidates are qualified, or that employment will result.
- Employers are responsible for compliance with labor, employment, and anti-discrimination laws.
- Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of resumes, profiles, and applications.
6. Intellectual Property
The Beesla platform, trademarks, software, design, and content (excluding user content) are owned by Beesla and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Payments (Employers)
- Fees for paid features or subscriptions are due as stated at purchase.
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
- We may change pricing with notice.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Beesla makes no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, reliability, or suitability. Beesla is not responsible for interactions, communications, or transactions between job seekers and employers.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, Beesla is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Beesla’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless prohibited by law. By using Beesla, you waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
