Role Summary
As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for key customers, managing relationships and driving growth. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound leads, negotiating and closing deals, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure client success. This role is key to the company’s growth, focusing on expanding the client base and contributing to overall sales success.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company as the first point of contact for inbound leads.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify and approach potential customers, building and maintaining an opportunity pipeline.
- Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Track and manage all account-related activities.
- Analyze marketing trends and market conditions to develop sales goals and strategies.
Must-have Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the enterprise tech space, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Proven experience in building successful sales pipelines.
- Strong cold calling skills and ability to engage with target markets via multiple channels (phone, email, events).
- Ability to clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and corporate message.
- Proven success in closing deals and managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and build connections in any environment.
- Previous experience in selling enterprise software.
- A demonstrated track record of sales success.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- 6+ months of experience working on workflow-based pricing or selling tokens.
- Knowledge or understanding of large language models, RAG, and model fine-tuning.
