RANDYS Worldwide, a leading manufacturing and distribution business in the automotive aftermarket, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our Everett, WA Corporate Office. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting the AR team with administrative tasks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are key qualifications for this role.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer main AR phone.
- Process adjustments, refunds, and credit memos.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data – Tax software, issuing refund checks, processing Credit Cards, and releasing orders.
- Maintain shared email box for AR Team.
- Address customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account discrepancies in a professional manner.
- Process weekly invoices for specific customers.
- Send invoice copies per customer requests.
- Process and mail monthly customer statements.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports to AR Manager.
- Promote a positive work environment and contribute to a dynamic team-focused work unit that actively helps one another to achieve optimal department and organizational results.
- Ability to multitask.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, or similar role a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with the capability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
