Accounting Associate
Must be local to the Dayton, Ohio area
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to manage administrative records of suppliers, record and verify purchase orders and incoming invoices, handle import-related documentation, and monitor supplier credit limits. You will also be responsible for managing accounts payable schedules and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in an Accounting role.
Strong experience in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table/V-Lookup).
Knowledge of General Ledger.
Experience handling vendor relationships.
Proficiency in SAP.
Bookkeeping skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Experience with budgeting.
Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This position offers the chance to be the first hire in finance for the US location of an Italian startup company, providing ample opportunities for growth. Enjoy the benefit of a 4% 401k match up front.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
