Description
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
Key duties:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly account reconciliations
Enter and maintain financial data in the accounting system
Assist with invoice preparation, billing, and payment tracking
Support month-end close processes
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
Requirements
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Netsuite, or similar) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills are key to success in this role.
