Description Job Description: Accounts Payable Specialist Overview: Robert Half seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to handle invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, and reconciliation tasks. Join a collaborative finance team to support efficient financial operations. Responsibilities: Process invoices and ensure accurate approvals. Execute payments (checks, ACH, and wire transfers). Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile accounts, including vendor and credit card statements. Process employee expense reports. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards. Provide reports and support month-end/year-end closing. Preferred: Experience with ERP systems and automated AP tools.
