Job Summary The Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire accounts receivable function to ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and cash application processes. This role involves supervising the AR team, developing and implementing effective collection strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The AR Manager plays a critical role in optimizing cash flow, minimizing bad debt, and supporting financial reporting and audits. - Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and foster a collaborative
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, including billing,
- Monitor aging reports and proactively address overdue accounts to minimize
- Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure timely receipt of
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and
- Streamline workflows, automate processes, and develop best practices to
- Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable metrics,
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with a strong
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
