Senior Administrative Assistant
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite) - downtown Pittsburgh
A well-established organization in downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join its Information Systems team. This role is ideal for a dependable and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, including Helpdesk triage
- Manage department invoicing and billing follow-ups
- Coordinate mobile device orders and activations (corporate account)
- Support office telecom and internet logistics

- form general administrative duties including ordering supplies, filing, and schedule coordination
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with invoice tracking and basic tech/device coordination is a plus
