Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Assistant to join our team in Norcross, Georgia. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations through excellent organizational and communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid schedule after completing training and the initial contract period.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and documentation.
Handle email correspondence to ensure timely and effective communication.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other events as needed.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to create documents, reports, and presentations.
Support the team with administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual in Spanish
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Courteous demeanor and a focus on detail when interacting with clients and team members.
Organizational skills to handle scheduling and coordination of appointments.
