A high-performing investment team is looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join their Fixed Income group. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day support to multiple senior leaders and collaborate with a broader administrative team to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management for 4–5 team members
- Coordinate and manage complex international and domestic travel (flights, hotels, visas, passports, logistics)
- Handle expense reporting using Concur
- Support the broader Fixed Income administrative team on cross-functional projects and coverage needs
- Plan and execute logistics for executive meetings, events, and conferences, including agenda prep and minutes
- Maintain organized systems for documentation, reports, and meeting materials using Outlook, SharePoint, and Salesforce
- Respond to inquiries, liaise with internal/external stakeholders, and anticipate team needs

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support
- Strong skills in calendaring, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Familiarity working in fast-paced, confidential environments
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting deadlines
