Administrative Assistant
Expanding Charlotte corporate office is adding an Administrative and Marketing Assistant to their team. Excellent opportunity to support both administrative operations and creative marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, professional environment. Salary up to $70K.
Responsibilities Include
- Designing and preparing marketing brochures and branded materials
- Conducting market research and running demographic reports using ESRI and/or Placer.ai
- Assisting internal teams with marketing initiatives and presentations
- Maintaining and updating company website
- Managing social media accounts, including content posting and engagement (LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting schedules
- Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls with professionalism
- Maintaining contract and lease documentation
- Managing digital and physical document filing systems
- Notarizing legal documents and handling official recordation
- Monitoring and replenishing office and breakroom supplies
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator (or similar design tools)
- Familiarity with WordPress and website content management
- Prefer experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
