Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. In this dynamic role within the construction industry, you will support a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth administrative operations while handling shifting priorities with ease. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position that offers an opportunity to contribute to a thriving team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage schedules, calendars, and appointments to ensure efficient time management.
Provide administrative support, including handling inbound calls, drafting correspondence, and maintaining records.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
Utilize software such as Vista Viewpoint and (AIA) tools to streamline administrative tasks.
Help maintain team cohesion, contributing to a stable and productive work environment.
Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
Familiarity with Vista Viewpoint and (AIA) software is highly desirable.
Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
Skilled in calendar management and scheduling across multiple platforms.
Demonstrated ability to handle budget processes and financial reporting with accuracy.
