Job Description
Under general direction with a high level of autonomy, the Advisor Engagement & Strategy Coordinator will oversee our advisor engagement initiatives, coordinate impactful events, and maintain data analytics. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong multi-tasker, highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator. The Advisor Engagement & Strategy Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing advisor experiences, optimizing team workflows, and delivering insights that shape our engagement strategies.
Advisor Engagement Strategy
Develop and execute strategies to educate and inform advisors via in-person and virtual events
Serve as a liaison with Marketing to ensure alignment of goals and communication
Create and manage engagement plans tailored to advisor target audiences and business objectives
Assist with presentation creation to ensure messaging and brand consistency
Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute advisor-focused events including webinars, regional roadshows, and conferences
Coordinate event participation for events hosted by other RJ departments
Manage event logistics, fund manager participation, and promotional tactics
Team Organization & Support
Act as a central point of coordination for regional teams involved in advisor engagement
Maintain team calendar, project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across stakeholders
Support internal communications and documentation to streamline team operations
Data Collection & Analysis
Capture and maintain advisor engagement data analytics associated with virtual and in-person events
Analyze advisor engagement metrics to identify sales impact and growth opportunities
Assist with target audience list creation and quarterly reporting metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in engagement strategy, event planning, or project coordination
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Work independently, as well as in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Incite enthusiasm and influence, motivate and persuade others to achieve desired
outcomes
