We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Developer with a

strong background in .NET, C#, and *M*icrosoft Semantic Kernel, coupled with experience integrating AI solutions into SharePoint environments. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying intelligent solutions that enhance user productivity and organizational knowledge management through the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and solutions using

Microsoft\'s Semantic Kernel to enhance enterprise automation, search, and productivity.

• Integrate AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, LLMs) with internal

business logic using C# and .NET.

• Implement and fine-tune AI-powered features such as intelligent

document processing, semantic search, and contextual recommendations.

• Build robust, scalable applications and services using **.NET

Core/.NET Framework** and C#.

• Develop backend APIs and microservices to support AI-driven

workflows and business logic.

• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and

adherence to clean architecture principles.

• Develop and integrate AI capabilities within SharePoint Online

and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) environments.

• Create intelligent web parts, extensions, and apps that leverage

SharePoint content using semantic search and AI-enhanced metadata tagging.

• Collaborate with SharePoint administrators and content owners to

align AI solutions with governance policies and business needs.

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in software development with .NET and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Semantic Kernel or similar LLM

orchestration frameworks.

• Solid experience working with SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering,

vector search, and embeddings.

• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and

secure coding practices.
