Part-Time Android Developer
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Android Developer to join our team in Akron. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality applications for our clients. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team and project managers to understand client requirements
- Design, develop, and test mobile applications for the Android platform
- Ensure code quality by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficient in Java programming language and experience with Android Studio
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software engineering concepts
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience developing native Android applications from scratch
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for mobile applications
