I am working with a privately held, full-service real estate firm based in Jupiter, Florida, specializing in healthcare-related properties. With nearly four decades of experience, they have developed over 9 million square feet of healthcare facilities nationwide, partnering with hospitals, health systems, and physician groups across the US.
They are seeking an Assistant General Counsel to report directly to the General Counsel and directors and will perform all responsibilities relating to legal services and agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, development, leasing, and asset management of the entire portfolio of healthcare real estate holdings.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the FL Bar.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate law.
