Job Overview
As an Assistant Manager, you will lead by example by proactively anticipating issues, minimizing fraud exposure, and counteracting payment fraud while providing support to Customer Services to resolve payment queries. Ensuring even workload distribution, you will determine fraudulent activity and act
according to set internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks/projects
Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
Proactive and reactive approach towards fraud mitigation.
Analyze the internal and external fraud prevention tools outcomes and provide professionalfeedback as needed.
Act as the escalation point of contact, to advise and decide in the treatment of problematic players.
Collaboration with internal and cross-functional teams to continually redefine best practices byenhancing tools, data sources, system functionalities, and fraud detection methods.
You will be responsible for constant assessment and improvement of the fraud process.
Make appropriate recommendations on how to improve internal processes and tools.
Ensuring compliance with Company’s fraud and risk policies.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position
Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes
Familiarity with fraud and operations principles
Good skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Leadership and organizational abilities
Interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving attitude
Flexibility to work in shifts
Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.
