Partner with technology teams to oversee data integration end-to-end process. Complete ad-hoc analysis across various platform applications and products. Deliver key metrics, reports and dashboards with insights to stakeholders. Build data flows and models to pair data with internal data for studiesand reporting. Execute Data quality checks as per business requirements for various business use cases. Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $129000 and $135000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs. Requirements:Requires a Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years of experience as an Associate, Client Services Analyst, Equities Data, BI Consultant, or related. Requires three (3) years of experience with: Technical Data skills including : Data Analysis, Data modeling , Statistics, Data visualization, Programming, Quantitative Analysis, Machine Learning models, and Regression testing; Data modeling tools Including: MS SQL Server, MS Access SQL, Postgres, Sysbase, Hadoop, Snowflake, Dataiku, Databricks, MySQL, Oracle, Cloudera, Spark, Impala, Hive, and PYSpark; Programming Languages including: R, Python, SAS, XML, HTML, and C++; Data visualizing tools including: Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Business Objects, Microstrategy, and Google Analytics; Project Management tools including: the Agile Environment JIRA, Salesforce, Workday, Roadmunk, and Git; and data requests related to: Dividends Index Management, Net Asset Value, Asset Under Management, Net New Asset, and Net Acquired Assets.
