Provide valuable insights by reporting on market climate, competitive position, and specific sales opportunities as part of annual and long-term business plan development and implementation. Conduct research, develop, and maintain a targeted list of prospects to support business development efforts. Responsible for a high volume of new business activity across the matrix, ensuring comprehensive coverage and strategic engagement. Follow through with all presentations, including crafting follow-up letters, proposals, and other necessary documentation to maintain client interest and engagement. Manage the pitching process, from coordinating internal and client deliverables for medium-scale pitches to assisting in the management of large integrated pitches from RFP to Final Presentation. Maintain statuses and pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of new business opportunities. Maintain new business files and inventory, ensuring easy access to essential information and resources. Initiate status meetings on all sales and new business opportunities to facilitate communication and collaboration across teams. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $155,736.00/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Languages, Magazine, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience. Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:Advertising agency;Agency business and industry trends;Reviewing and crafting RFI and RFP responses;Writing prospect briefs with company background, advertisement spend, current agency,marketing situation, and analysis of opportunity;Use of presentation software including PPT, Keynote, Photoshop, and HTML;Ariba, SyQuest, Jaeger, Scout, and other procurement submission;Managing timelines, budgets, and agency estimates; andCollaborating across departments to support account, creative, studio, editorial, and website development.Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
