We are seeking an Associate Director, iPaaS Platform Delivery to join our Digital Nexus technology organization in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Optimize performance, quality, and cost of delivery by managing resources, offshoring scope, and third-party relationships, ensuring compliance with technical standards and SOPs.
- Oversee large-scale MuleSoft integrations, ensuring security, scalability, and performance; collaborate on troubleshooting and enhancement.
- Define and communicate the vision and business value of the iPaaS platform; represent the competency group to influence outcomes and drive decisions.
- Work with DevOps, Security, partners, and executives to align iPaaS goals with organizational strategies.
- Lead a team responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the technology strategy and roadmap for enterprise integrations.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS, including API-led strategies, security, and architecture for on-premises and cloud platforms.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven success with integrations involving Salesforce, Icertis, Azure Data Lake, and other systems.
- Experience with various integration patterns and agile environments.
- Strong skills in contract development, negotiations, and implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with broad technical knowledge to create value and strategy.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
