About this role:

In this role, you will:
Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Work under close supervision following established procedures
Required Qualifications, US:
6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Cash vault or cash handling experience
6+ months cash handling
10-key numerical data entry experience
Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment, under limited supervision
Experience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven
Job Expectations:
Training: 2 weeks
Schedule: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm or until the work is completed (requires flexibility to support business needs)
Standing up to 6 to 8 hours or more
Ability to lift 50+ pounds/cash vault/ lifting and pulling
Must have the ability to work additional hours as needed
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
