Summary
This position supports Charlotte FC's match presentation and production experience while working cross-functionally with the club's Marketing, Sponsorship, Ticketing, Digital, and Game Operations teams. Additionally, the role may support other stadium events as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage control room operations for Charlotte FC, MLS Next Pro, soccer competitions, and international matches alongside the Director, Event Presentation and Production.
- Assist with the creation and development of matchday run of shows.
- Manage all LED content and schedules for Charlotte FC home matches.
- Participate in the creative vision, development, and execution for matchday and events.
- Organize, develop, write, and track matchday scripts for all soccer competitions.
- Manage and crew all Charlotte FC and MLS Next Pro Home Matches, including talent (PA & DJs) contracts, rates, invoices, and bookings.
- Assist Director and Producer with managing external creative vendors.
- Assist with archival and proof of performance processes.
- Ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
- Assist with other stadium events as needed (concerts, football, etc.).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in live event presentation.
- Creativity and ability to bring innovative ideas and concepts.
- Knowledge of Daktronics Show Control and the Adobe Suite.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Availability to work all Charlotte FC home matches.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, enduring various weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical workspace at Charlotte FC office and Bank of America Stadium.
