We are seeking a Manager to join our Governmental Assurance practice, able to sit in a number of our offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
- Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy
- Lead multiple audit engagements and manage competing priorities
- Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively
- Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagement
- Assess staff performance for engagement evaluations
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience
- Experience with governmental clients
- CPA
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- 1+ year of supervisory experience

Salary ranges vary by location: in Minnesota, the expected range is $112,000 - $121,000 USD annually. In New York and California, the range is between $85,000 and $150,000, depending on experience and market factors.
