Description
We are looking for a dedicated Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will play a key role in representing plaintiffs in complex litigation cases, including medical malpractice, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile cases and develop your skills in depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Responsibilities:
Represent plaintiffs in a variety of litigation cases, including medical malpractice, premises liability, and mass tort lawsuits.
Conduct thorough preparation and defense of depositions to support case strategies.
Draft and file persuasive motions and legal briefs to advance client interests.
Collaborate with legal teams to manage case files and ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
Participate in trial preparation, including evidence review and witness interviews, to build compelling arguments.
Leverage case management and document management software to organize and track case progress.
Provide clear and effective communication with clients to keep them informed about case developments.
Research and analyze legal precedents to strengthen case arguments.
Handle complaint filings and other administrative tasks related to case management.
Stay updated on relevant legal trends and developments in plaintiff litigation.
Requirements - A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in the state of Florida.
Strong experience or interest in plaintiff litigation, including personal injury and mass tort cases.
Proficiency in case management and document management software, such as Adobe Acrobat and Conveyancer.
Demonstrated ability to draft motions, legal briefs, and other court documents with precision.
Excellent skills in conducting and defending depositions.
Familiarity with civil litigation processes and procedures.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and legal teams.
