Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute GTM Strategy – Own outbound sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Cradle to Grave Sales Cycle - Be comfortable with developing your own lead funnel, close the leads, repeat, and create the playbook.
- Leverage Existing Relationships – Tap into your network of eCommerce brands, agencies, and SaaS partners.
- Close High-Value Deals – Sell our platform to growing eCommerce businesses and help them migrate successfully.
- Identify New Opportunities – Spot trends in the market and develop strategies to acquire high-LTV customers.
- Build & Optimize Sales Processes – Implement a structured pipeline, outreach strategy, and conversion playbook.
- Collaborate with Leadership – Work directly with the Country Head on vision, pricing, and product-market fit.
- Lay the Foundation for BD Team Growth – As you drive results, help scale the BD function and expand the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven BD experience (5+ years) in eCommerce SaaS (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, marketplaces, or similar).
- Deep network of eCommerce brands, DTC businesses, agencies, or technology partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Hunter and Closer mentality – You know how to find, pitch, and close deals with eCommerce sellers.
- Consultative sales skills – Ability to engage C-level executives and help businesses scale.
- Passion for eCommerce & SaaS – You understand the industry, trends, and what merchants need.
- Desire to grow into a leadership role – You’re ready to own BD and prove you can scale it.
- Strong problem-solving skills - tackle problems as they come, and they will!
- Bachelor’s degree required
